Day-to-day airsoft requires few but indispensable documents. This page lists them and points to their sources at fedpol, BAZG and ASVD.

Transfer contract (Art. 11 WG)
Mandatory on every transfer of an airsoft gun - including private sales. Fill in duplicate, both parties sign, retain for 10 years.

Vormerkschein (BAZG)
Customs document for the temporary export of an airsoft replica abroad (e.g. for an event). Proves the replica returns to Switzerland.

fedpol import authorisation
Required for every import of an airsoft gun from abroad into Switzerland (private persons).
Full form name
Organiser invitation
For trips to events abroad: written invitation from the organiser with date, place, responsible person and event description. Eases argumentation towards Swiss and foreign authorities.
Loan contract for minors
Basis for use of airsoft guns by minors (Art. 11a WG, Art. 23 WV). A field-tested template is provided by ASVD.
